Amber Alert Issued for Missing Four-Year-Old Child in B.C.’s Okanagan
Authorities have activated an Amber Alert for four-year-old Atlas Andrews following an alleged parental abduction in British Columbia’s Okanagan region.
The child, who is from West Kelowna, was last seen in the community on Tuesday. Police believe he may currently be travelling with his mother, Alisse Andrews.
Anyone who sees Atlas, his mother, or their suspected vehicle should immediately contact 911.
Vehicle Information Released
West Kelowna RCMP investigators said 40-year-old Alisse Andrews may be driving a black 2021 Nissan Qashqai.
The vehicle has the British Columbia licence plate RV003L.
Authorities have warned members of the public not to approach the child, the mother, or the vehicle.
“Do not approach,” the Amber Alert states. “Call 911.”

Atlas is described as:
- White
- Approximately three feet tall
- Around 51 pounds
- Brown hair
- Hazel eyes
Description of Alisse Andrews
Alisse Andrews is described as:
- White
- Approximately five feet three inches tall
- Around 121 pounds
- Dark brown hair
- Brown eyes
Police are urging the public to remain alert as the search for Atlas Andrews continues. Anyone with information about his location or the black Nissan Qashqai should avoid approaching and call 911 immediately.
